Creamy Layered Cheesecake
★Ingredients
For the crust:
1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
⅓ cup melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
For the cheesecake layer:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
For the topping:
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
Crushed graham crackers for garnish
★Instructions
Prepare the crust:
Mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan or a dish.
Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Make the cheesecake layer:
Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
Add the topping:
In a bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
Gently spread the pudding layer over the cheesecake layer.
Garnish:
Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top for decoration.
Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best texture.
