Castor oil and lemon recipe to relieve joint pain and treat inflammation

Castor Oil and Lemon Remedy for Joint Pain:

★Ingredients

1 tablespoon of castor oil.

Juice of 1 fresh lemon.

★Instructions

Mix the castor oil and lemon juice thoroughly in a small bowl.

Apply the mixture directly to the affected joint (e.g., the hip joint).

Massage gently in circular motions for 5–10 minutes.

Cover the area with a warm cloth or heating pad to enhance absorption and soothe discomfort.

Leave it on for about 30 minutes before rinsing.

★Frequency

Repeat this process 2–3 times a week for best results.
