Ingredients ( for 2 servings)
Pea Spread:
– 1 cup green peas (thawed from frozen)
– 2 garlic cloves
– 1 tbsp lemon zest
– squeeze half a lemon
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1/4 cup chopped parsley

– 4 oz of cottage cheese or ricotta
– 2 slices sourdough bread
– 1 tsp coconut oil or olive oil
– 2 tbsp microgreens
– 2 tbsp pickled onions
