Chili soy egg over butter scallion rice✨
▪️1+1/2 Cups Cooked Jasmine Rice▪️1 Tbsp Butter▪️2 Tbsp Scallions, sliced▪️1 Pinch Salt▪️1 tsp Olive Oil▪️1 Egg▪️2 tsp Soy Sauce▪️1 tsp Chili Oil▪️
1️⃣ Mix butter, scallions, and salt into warm rice
2️⃣ Preheat a pan over medium high and add your olive oil and egg; fry until white is cooked but yolk is still runny (~2 min); right before taking the egg off the pan drizzle with soy around the white
3️⃣ Serve egg over rice, top with chili oil and enjoy!
