Creamy Butter Chicken that’s PACKED with flavour, lower in calories and higher in protein. My simple way in 25 minutes!👇🏼

Chicken:
• 2 chicken breast, cubed (approx. 300g total)
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, garlic powder, ginger, paprika, chili powder, and turmeric
• 1 tsp garam masala
• squeeze of half a lemon

Butter Chicken Sauce:
• 1 tsp butter (or light butter / oil)
• 1 medium onion, sliced
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 tsp minced ginger
• 1 cup canned tomatoes (I go salt free)
• 1/3 cup fat free greek yogurt
• 1/4 tsp salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder and turmeric
• 1/2 tsp paprika and garam masala
• drizzle of honey (approx. 1/2 tsp)

Rice (optional):
• I use 1/2 cup uncooked Brown or White Rice, which yields approx. 1 and a half to 2 cups of cooked rice.

Notes:
• I like to top this dish off with freshly chopped cilantro for a flavour boost.
• If you’d like to increase the spice, add cayenne pepper or substitute chili powder for kashmiri chili powder
• Allow your sauce to blend for up to 1 minute for a very smooth and creamy texture
• This recipe can be made in large batches to meal prep for the week.
