Healthy Raising Canes at home


– 1lb chicken breast, cut into tenders
– Corn starch, 1 cup
– 2 eggs
– Crushed cornflakes, 2 cups
– My Special Seasoning mix: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar cayenne, white pepper, curry powder, chili flakes

1. Cut up chicken into tenders
2. Season all 3 dredge station: corn starch station, egg station, cornflakes station
3. Dredge in starch, then egg station, then cornflakes (LIKE THE VIDEO 🤠)
4. Brush with avocado oil (or spray if you’re elite)
5. Air fry at 400°F for 12-15 mins flip half way or BAKE AT 425°F on a wire rack for 24-26 mins FLIP HALF WAY
6. Serve with my low canes sauce (PREVIOUS VIDEO 🤠)
