Rice Cooker Garlic Soy Sauce Chicken, Rice & Veggies✨ so good & perfect for a work lunch or when you do not feel like cooking!
Recipe:
Ingredients-
2/3 cup rice (rinsed)
1 1/ cup water
1 chicken breast (cubed)
1 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
(Marinade)-
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp minced garlic
Directions-
1. To a mixing bowl, add the cubed chicken breast & add the ingredients under “marinade”. Mix until well combined & set aside while assembling the rice cooker.
2. To a rice cooker, add the rice, water, soy sauce, sesame oil, & garlic powder. Mix then add the bell pepper.
3. Add the marinated chicken, cover, & cook for 20 minutes.
4. Enjoy once done cooking!
