These sheet pan chicken fajitas are so great for entertaining + hosting. Everything is cooked in ONE pan and for the most part all of the sides can be purchased pre-made. I even serve it in the sheet pan i cooked it in! I placed all my sides into my cream glass storage containers and when it’s time to clean- put the lid on it and into the refrigerator it goes 🤍

-set oven to 375
-thinly slice 4 “thin” chicken breasts (or 2 chicken breast sliced down the middle)
-thinly slice 1 large onion
-thinly slice 3 bell peppers
-combine chicken, onions, peppers and place onto baking tray
-add 3 tbsp oil
-add spices: 1 tbsp onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder. 1 tsp salt, ground cumin. 1/2 tsp black pepper. Mix well.
-into the oven for 25 minutes
-while that’s baking get your tortillas ready (heated or not)
-optional sides: guacamole, sour cream, cheese, cilantro, salsa/pico, jalapeños, chips, hot sauce- the options are endless
