60 Gm Mini Soya chunks (Uncooked Weight)
70 Gm Frozen Peas
1 tsp avocado oil
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 Tbsp chopped ginger
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Amchur powder
1/3 tap turmeric powder
Salt as taste
1. Boil 2 cups of water in pan and add soya chunks to it. They will boil in 5 min. Once done, strain the water and squeeze extra water from chunks.
2. In a pan, add oil. Once it hot, ass cumin seeds, ginger & sauté for few seconds. Then add peas and all spices. Sauté for 2-3 min and let the spices and peas mix well.
3. Now add boiled soya chunks and mix well. Cover the pan for 5-7 min on low flame and cook. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
4. Pair with 70 Gm mint yogurt , salad & 1 roti.
