Panko Crust Ingredients:
For 1 pieces of Fish
1/4 Cup Panko
1/2 Tbsp Dijon
1/2 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tbsp Dry Parsley
Pepper to taste
Mix together all of the above.
Approximate Ingredients per piece of fish:
1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
1 small sliced shallot
1/3 cup fresh or frozen corn
6 stalks of broccolini, tough ends chopped off
1 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
