QUICK & SIMPLE GARLIC SHRIMP

 

I’m tellin’ y’all.. meals don’t have to be hard or complicated. This one is high in protein and includes your grains and veggies.

INGREDIENTS:
🍚 Rice
🍤 2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
🧄 1 Garlic
🧈 Butter or Olive oil
🧂 Salt & Pepper
🌶️ Paprika
🍋 1 Lemon
🥬 Brussel Sprouts
🌿 Cilantro or Parsley

STEPS:
1. Wash and cut Brussel sprouts, season with oil, salt, pepper
2. Place in oven 400 degrees for 20-25 mins or Airfry for 12 mins.
3. Peel and devein shrimp.
4. Add oil/butter and garlic to pan
5. Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, paprika.
6. Flip and season other side. Toss.
7. Squeeze one lemon juice, THAT’S IT!
