Multi grain dosa

Rice – 1 cup
Toor dal – 1/4 cup
Green split dal – 1/4 cup
Urad dal – 1/4 cup
Chana dal – 1/4 cup
Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp

Wash and soak for 3-4 hours, and grind using water. 2-2.5 cups of water till smooth. Add salt to taste.

Make dosas using
*little ghee and schezwan chutney or
*little ghee and podi masala on top
