spinach so delicious

I love making stovetop pies easy and delicious learnt this way from my mother-in-law years ago.
Stovetop spinach and cheese pies one of my favourite ways to enjoy spinach so delicious and fast to make. I used my fast dough recipe but you can use Any dough you like and any filling you like( meat, Zaatar..)

✨Dough recipe:
5 cups flour
2cups warm water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp yeast
1 tsp salt

✨Filling recipe:
400 g fresh spinach
1 large chopped onion
3 tbsp sumac
2 tbsp lemon juice or more if you like it sour
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt

✨Direction:
1:start with making the dough by mixing water, sugar, salt, yeast and 2 cups of flour, mix and rest for 10 minutes it will double the size.
2:add the 3 cups remaining flour and oil then mix till form a soft dough, cover and put on the side.
3:mix the filling ingredients,and squeeze out any Access of liquid.
4:start rolling the dough then fill with the filling too with cheese of your choice close and flat with your hands.
5:cook in a preheated pan on medium low temperature when it’s golden color flip to the other side ( each side takes about 2 minutes)
6: brush with oil right away if you like (optional)
